Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with lawyers and stakeholders to gather information on conflicts issues and existing client relationships.
- Support the identification and resolution of conflicts matters through engagement with relevant stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
- Consider wider commercial, risk and reputational factors as part of the conflicts clearance process.
- Contribute to the development, review and ongoing enhancement of policies and procedures relating to conflicts management and compliance.
- Provide guidance, oversight and support to members of the conflicts and advisory teams, including supervisory and mentoring responsibilities as appropriate.
- Act as a referral point for complex or sensitive conflicts enquiries and support their effective resolution.
