About the Role: You’re looking for a Risk & Compliance Officer to join the team in Manchester City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in compliance and risk management while working in a hybrid setup that offers flexibility and work‑life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing checks, results and providing guidance to the business on findings.
- Monitoring and addressing queries logged in the compliance portal, offering advice as required.
- Assisting with the management of the compliance monitoring programme by conducting compliance audits.
- Supporting Senior Risk & Compliance Officers and the AML Manager with ad hoc tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Highly organised with the ability to manage workloads effectively.
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proactive and able to use their initiative when solving problems.
- Proficient in IT tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office packages.
- Ideally a background in compliance, however someone with strong administrative experience and graduates with a passion for compliance will be considered.
