An established, high-growth consumer goods business is seeking a Brand Operations Executive to play a pivotal role in translating brand strategy into flawless execution across the UK & Ireland. This is a newly created role, reporting into senior brand leadership, and is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand management, project delivery, and operational excellence.
The Role
- You will be the operational backbone of the brand function - bringing structure, pace, and discipline to campaigns, innovations, and BAU activity while enabling creativity and agility.
- Owning brand planning, tracking, and execution across campaigns, launches, and core activity.
- Translating brand strategy into clear operational plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Leading operational delivery of NPD, renovations, and campaign launches.
- Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, sales, supply, agencies, and global teams.
- Managing critical paths, risks, approvals, and governance processes.
- Supporting brand budget tracking, PO management, and agency spend control.
- Driving continuous improvement in ways of working, compliance, and execution speed.
About You
- Experience in brand operations, marketing operations, project management, or a similar role.
- FMCG or consumer brand experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and delivery-focused.
- Commercially astute, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
