These are brand-led, web-first visual design roles, sitting within an established design and customer experience function.
Senior Visual Designer
- Take ownership of the visual design of a high-profile consumer website.
- Set visual standards across colour, typography, motion, and interaction.
- Deliver hands‐on web design work while guiding another visual designer.
- Partner closely with engineering and senior stakeholders in a regulated environment.
Visual Designer
- Deliver high-quality, on‐brand visual UI design across web.
- Translate brand systems into clear, effective digital experiences.
- Work closely with UX, content, and engineering to ship live work.
- Contribute to design systems, illustration, iconography, and motion where appropriate.
What we are looking for
- Strong visual designers with web-first portfolios.
