We are partnering with a global consumer financial services organisation as it builds and scales a new international digital platform, supporting a major European market launch in H1 this year. These are brand-led, web-first visual design roles, sitting within an established design and customer experience function.

Senior Visual Designer

  • Take ownership of the visual design of a high-profile consumer website.
  • Set visual standards across colour, typography, motion, and interaction.
  • Deliver hands‐on web design work while guiding another visual designer.
  • Partner closely with engineering and senior stakeholders in a regulated environment.

Visual Designer

  • Deliver high-quality, on‐brand visual UI design across web.
  • Translate brand systems into clear, effective digital experiences.
  • Work closely with UX, content, and engineering to ship live work.
  • Contribute to design systems, illustration, iconography, and motion where appropriate.

What we are looking for

  • Strong visual designers with web-first portfolios.
  • Clear grounding in graphic and visual design, with strong UI capability.
  • Experience shipping work into live, consumer-facing environments.
  • Comfort working within regulated or high-scrutiny sectors is a strong advantage.
