Your Role:
- Support the rollout and training of Workday Financials.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Change & Transformation teams, external consultancies, and other stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Develop process maps, SOPs, and training materials while supporting training delivery.
- Provide comprehensive analysis on business activities and processes to support project outcomes in line with established frameworks.
- Define and document detailed business requirements with accuracy and timeliness.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable solutions for technical teams.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Contribute to workshops that foster collaboration and pragmatic solutions among diverse stakeholder groups.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within ideally a Pensions business with at least two 6-12-month assignments implementing Workday Financials.
- A strong understanding of finance processes and their application within Workday.
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale change or transformation projects, ideally within financial services or pensions environments.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills for producing clear documentation tailored for both technical teams and end users.
- A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships across stakeholder groups.
