A world-leading art and luxury brand is hiring a Marketing Strategy Coordinator to join its London Marketing Strategy team, supporting some of the most high-profile auctions and private sales in the global market. This is a brilliant opportunity to work at the heart of a culturally iconic business, helping shape how extraordinary art, collectibles and luxury objects are presented to collectors and clients around the world.

- Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum
Role Responsibilities
- You’ll support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, email, website, content, social and print.
- Working closely with Marketing Managers, creatives, media partners and production teams, you’ll help ensure campaigns run smoothly, on time and to a premium standard.
- You’ll coordinate assets, track timelines, gather feedback and support the production of marketing materials across multiple channels.
- You’ll liaise with publications, printers and other external suppliers, help manage budgets, raise purchase orders and support invoice processing.
- You’ll also assist with campaign reporting, competitor tracking and internal updates, playing a key role in keeping the team organised and informed.
This role suits someone with 2+ years’ experience in marketing who is organised, detail-driven and confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. A genuine interest in art, culture or the luxury sector is essential, and experience from a premium consumer brand (fashion, beauty or lifestyle) would be highly attractive. They’re looking for someone proactive, helpful and enthusiastic – someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in getting things done well.
