Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the FX Deal Capture team, ensuring successful execution of projects within allocated budgets and deadlines.
- Define objectives, project milestones, and completion timelines while assessing potential risks.
- Architect and execute the modernization of the FX booking platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Drive software engineering best practices and ensure high-quality, performant, and reliable systems.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Provide strategic technology leadership and contribute to broader departmental technology strategy.
- Act as the primary point of contact between IT and business teams for the FX Deal Capture platform.
Key Requirements
