What You’ll Do

- Respond to user queries via ServiceNow or directly from offices worldwide; maintain data integrity in SAP4 Hana and SAP R/3.
- Document best practices for inclusion in manuals; prepare training materials for staff development initiatives.
- Manage authorisation workflows in line with policy standards, conduct regular system checks for error resolution.
- Collaborate with technology teams on change requests for system improvements; support senior colleagues on strategic projects including solution testing and user training.
- Balance multiple priorities while fostering cross-department relationships; research innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience of at least two years in finance functions within professional services with exposure to legal billing, eBilling, time recording, matter opening, WIP management or cash collection.
- Proficiency with SAP4 Hana or SAP R/3 for matter management tasks including data maintenance and authorisation workflows.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for robust financial data analysis relevant to international operations.
- Understanding of risks facing global finance teams and priorities for successful outcomes; professional, reliable manner with colleagues across geographies.
