A global, data-led professional services organisation is hiring a BI Developer to own and develop internal Power BI reporting across the group. You’ll design and deliver end-to-end BI solutions, contribute to the BI roadmap and work closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Procurement. The role sits within a collaborative, international analytics team and offers strong visibility, ownership and long-term development.
The Role
As a BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining Power BI reporting solutions used across HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Procurement. You will operate as an Epic lead on larger pieces of work, contribute to BI roadmap planning and work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, well-governed reporting.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders
- Owning end-to-end BI delivery from requirements gathering through to production
- Leading epics and project cycles using JIRA and agile ways of working
- Contributing to BI roadmap planning and prioritisation
- Supporting three core workstreams:
- Building new reports
- Reviewing and refreshing existing reporting suites
- Working collaboratively with a global BI team to review, test and validate outputs
- Providing guidance and informal support to junior team members when required
About You
- 3–4+ years’ experience in BI or analytics roles
- Strong hands-on Power BI development experience (essential)
- Experience working with Azure, Snowflake and SQL
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 across HR, Finance or Sales is desirable
- Proactive, curious and comfortable seeking information independently
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset; open to feedback and supportive of wider team success
The Environment
You will join a globally distributed BI function with team members across London, Manila, India and Tokyo. The team operates a strong collaborative culture, with shared ownership of quality, daily stand-ups and a focus on continuous improvement. The function sits under the Chief Data Office, offering strong visibility, clear development opportunities and scope to grow alongside the team as it evolves.
Location & Pack
Hybrid working with flexibility around office attendance. Largely remote candidates considered, provided they can attend key meetings (approximately once per month).
