The role involves supporting the Head of Product in managing the BestX product roadmap. Responsibilities include:
- Owning delivery across the full product lifecycle (requirements, build, test, release)
- Writing clear business and functional requirements for new features and enhancements
- Working closely with engineering teams to ensure delivery to spec
- Testing new functionality prior to production release
- Engaging with sales teams to capture client requirements and feedback
- Identifying delivery risks and managing mitigation plans
What we’re looking for:
- BestX experience or strong TCA platform experience
- Solid understanding of capital markets, trading workflows and execution analytics
- Experience in a PM, BA or hybrid PM/BA role within a product-led environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into clear requirements
- Confident stakeholder management across product, technology and commercial teams
