This is a Group Financial Reporting Manager role for a high-growth private equity-backed SAAS business in Leeds. You will lead relationships with internal and external stakeholders including the senior leadership team, banks, auditors and investors. This is a high impact role with direct exposure to the Group FC and CFO, with the opportunity to develop the skills and experience to work as a private equity CFO in your future career.

Overview Responsibilities

  • Deliver all classic financial reporting work: consolidated accounts, cash flow forecasts, statutory accounts, VAT accounts, and lead projects around automation.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks and investors, and collaborate with senior finance and non-finance leaders.

Qualifications

  • Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Experience in technical accounting within a complex, international group; private equity backing is desirable.
  • Confident communicator across a small team and when engaging with finance and non-finance leaders.
