- Works independently on site in London office, responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations across Front, Middle, and Back Office systems
- Maintain system reliability, ensure network security, and uphold compliance with UK Gambling Commission standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of IT operations experience, preferably within the casino, gaming, or financial services sector
- Solid expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in multicultural teams
- Willing to provide remote support to the team during weekends when necessary
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is mandatory
