Interim Finance Manager - up to 12 month FTC
I\'m delighted to be partnered with a well-known organisation based in the Wigan area. They are in need of a Finance Manager, initially on a contract basis; however, the likelihood of this role becoming longer-term/permanent is high.
You will be directly managing 2 members of staff. This will be a fast-paced, all-encompassing role that\'s integral to this arm of the organisation.
Key duties:
- Overall P&L and balance sheet responsibility
- Accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
- Line management and training/development
- Preparation of the annual budgets and customer forecasts to strict timelines and standards
- Partner with non-finance areas of the business
- Assisting with information gathering for new business bids
- Reporting and monitoring of key performance indicators
What you\'ll bring:
- Ideally fully/part-qualified Accountant - though someone QBE could be considered
- Previous experience managing employees
