We are working with a growing e-commerce services business that is looking to appoint an Intellectual Property Brand Protection Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an LLB or legal background, particularly with experience in intellectual property and online brand enforcement.

The Role

As IP Brand Protection Manager, you’ll be responsible for protecting client brands across online platforms, primarily Amazon and other major e-commerce marketplaces. You’ll monitor for infringement, take enforcement action, and develop strategies to prevent counterfeiting, unauthorised resellers, and misuse of trademarks or copyrighted material.

You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and account management teams, and act as a trusted advisor to clients on all things brand protection and IP compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor online platforms for potential IP infringement, counterfeit goods, and unauthorised sellers

Use tools such as Amazon Brand Registry and marketplace enforcement processes to resolve issues

Develop and implement brand protection strategies tailored to each client

Advise clients on best practice around trademarks, copyright, and enforcement processes

Liaise with external partners, legal counsel, and platform representatives where required

Produce regular reporting on infringement activity, enforcement outcomes, and trends

What We’re Looking For

LLB or equivalent legal qualification (you do not need to be a qualified solicitor)

Solid understanding of intellectual property, especially in relation to online commerce

Experience with Amazon Brand Registry or similar enforcement tools is highly desirable

Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships

Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail

Previous experience in a brand protection, paralegal, compliance, or legal support role

Knowledge of trademark enforcement processes

Experience working with e-commerce platforms or digital agencies
