An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented In House Litigation Solicitor to join a dynamic team of professionals. This is not your typical law firm role; it offers the chance to handle a diverse caseload of commercial disputes, including insolvency litigation, breach of contract claims, professional negligence disputes, insurance litigation, and construction & company/shareholder disputes.
What you\’ll do:
- Manage and litigate a caseload of multi-track claims in-house, including drafting pleadings, correspondence, and court documents.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
