As the business continues to strengthen its HR operations and data capability, they’re seeking an HR Data and Insights Analyst to support reporting, analytics and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities for the HR Data and Insights Analyst:

  • Maintain, enhance and build HR reporting using UKG (Cognos Analytics) and other HR systems
  • Produce scheduled, ad‑hoc and exception reports for HR, Finance, Risk and Audit
  • Review current reporting tools and processes, identifying opportunities to automate and streamline workflows
  • Develop and maintain data quality checks, audits and governance processes
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies, analyse root causes and recommend improvements
  • Support HR system enhancements and reporting requirements linked to operational and strategic initiatives
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve the way HR data supports wider business decision‑making

What you’ll bring:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in HRIS, people analytics or HR data roles
  • Technical experience with UKG, Cognos Analytics or similar HR reporting tools
  • Strong Excel capability and comfort working with complex datasets
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
  • Clear, confident communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities
