HR Advisor – Part Time (25 hours per week)
Location: West London + Multi‑site travel (London, Bath, Bristol & Manchester)
Salary: £25,000–£30,000 (pro rata)
Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, flexible hours across 5 days
This is a fantastic part‑time role for an experienced HR professional who enjoys autonomy, variety, and the ability to influence HR practice across multiple sites. You will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders and managers, ensuring smooth HR operations and offering expert guidance on a broad range of people matters.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first‑line HR advice across all employee relations matters
- Lead onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding processes
- Support managers with probation reviews and performance processes
- Coordinate learning and development activities and training needs
- Monitor and report on absence, supporting managers with next steps
- Coach and mentor managers to build confidence in handling HR issues
- Draft and review HR policies and procedures
- Support and lead recruitment activity across the business
- Collaborate closely with payroll
- Occasional multi‑site travel to support local teams when needed
- Strong background in HR within a multi‑site environment
- Confidence in advising and coaching managers
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
