As Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies to improve material flow, inventory reduction, S&OP implementation and improve supply chain resilience and be responsible for OTIF.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the supply chain strategy to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee logistics, warehousing, and inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Manage end to end logistics process flows from inbound supply through to customer.
  • Implement supply chain risk management strategies to mitigate disruptions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and technology to enhance performance.
  • Lead S&OP implementation across the business.
  • Develop a high-performing supply chain team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a senior supply chain leadership role, ideally within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of material management, logistics, inventory management and S&OP.
  • Ability to influence, engage with key stakeholders and lead a team to deliver "best in class" supply chain processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain software.
