What you'll do:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of sustainability reporting for both internal stakeholders (including Board and Executive Committee) and external audiences such as investors and ratings agencies.
- Partner closely with finance teams to establish robust processes for sustainability data management and assurance, ensuring accuracy and credibility in all disclosures.
- Project manage annual sustainability reporting cycles by integrating technology solutions such as Workiva, Salesforce, Workday, and EcoVadis to streamline data collection and analysis.
- Mentor colleagues responsible for advancing the Positive Impact Plan by providing guidance on new disclosures or targets and fostering their professional growth.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the credibility of sustainability initiatives through adoption of best practices in assurance and transparent communication.
- Contribute strategically to the evolution of reporting metrics beyond compliance requirements to drive positive business change throughout the organisation.
- Develop effective quarterly internal management reports for senior leadership committees while also supporting ad hoc requests from audit functions.
- Collaborate with communications teams to produce compelling materials for internal events by supplying accurate facts and insightful data analysis.
- Manage administration for the Sustainability Working Group while leading delivery of strategies related to sustainability ratings agencies in partnership with Investor Relations, Risk, Compliance, and Treasury functions.
- Continuously monitor developments in sustainability reporting standards and regulatory frameworks to provide informed recommendations that enhance performance.
What you bring:
- A minimum of five years’ experience in a senior reporting role encompassing both US and European regulatory environments is essential for success in this position.
