Job Profile & Responsibilities

  • Negotiate procurement of goods, services, and supplies to minimize costs and meet business goals.
  • Implement supply chain strategies to address capacity issues, production location decisions, etc.
  • Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data to determine reasonable prices.
  • Administer contracts in line with sourcing goals to ensure acceptable service levels.
  • Research suppliers to meet standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability.
  • Collaborate directly with suppliers to ensure capacity and continuity of supply for specific components.

Minimum Requirements

  • Extensive Procurement Experience: Proven track record in managing procurement across multiple categories, including Food Services, Utilities, Design & Construction, Furniture, Vehicles, Maintenance, and Office Supplies.
  • Supplier Evaluation & Management: Ability to evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and timing, maintaining strong supplier relationships.
  • Contract Administration Skills: Proficiency in managing contract processes aligned with sourcing goals.
  • Analytical Skills: Expertise in analyzing market data, financial reports, and market trends for strategic procurement decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business growth.
