We are seeking a Global Process Improvement Director to lead and implement operational excellence within a globally recognised manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team to drive continuous improvement strategies and to embed a continuous improvement culture across multiple sites and make a meaningful impact on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of global process improvement strategies across multiple business units.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align process improvement initiatives with organisational goals.
- Identify inefficiencies and design innovative solutions to optimise workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Utilise Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Oversee the global rollout of best practices to ensure seamless adoption and integration.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring teams and promoting data-driven decision-making.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration to influence and drive a continuous improvement culture across global teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record of leading global process improvement initiatives with an understanding of manufacturing operations.
- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, process reengineering, and data analytics.
- Ability to lead, coach and develop teams working globally.
- Expertise in change management, and an ability to inspire teams and stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- A strategic, results-driven mindset with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
Remote working with global travel required. Excellent salary/package on offer.
