On behalf of their client, a globally recognised consultancy business, they are seeking a proficient Global Mobility Services Tax Manager to join the team in London. This role is integral to their operations, serving the region with expertise and commitment. The client is one of the world's largest and most esteemed consultancy businesses, having steadfastly supported the UK through various historical epochs. They offer a progressive working environment with a supportive structure and management team.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the daily global coordination and/or UK service delivery of client engagements
- Oversee the UK tax compliance and collaborate closely with the Centre of Excellence to deliver on all aspects of assignee compliance
- Participate in all aspects of cross-border advisory covering tax, social security, process, policy and efficiencies
- Provide UK tax technical analysis and advice to clients
- Engage with clients on current global mobility and UK tax developments
- Support Engagement Leaders with VIP assignee services, including conducting arrival/departure briefings for senior assignees
- Develop, maintain and lead strong client relationships
- Manage engagement finances with junior support
- Manage and coach junior staff
What you bring:
- ACA/ATT/CTA qualification or equivalent is required
- Proficient Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills are preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI for reporting is welcome but not essential
