We are partnering with a global law firm, renowned for their excellent culture and environment. They are seeking a dynamic Head of Pricing to lead their global pricing activities, ensuring alignment with firm goals and continuous improvement of pricing standards and procedures.

As Head of Pricing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's financial future. You will lead a team of 10 and will lead the growth of the team internationally, overseeing the development and implementation of firm-wide pricing strategies. Your role will involve working closely with various stakeholders, providing first-line support on all pricing-related issues. You will also collaborate with Finance Operations and Technology & Data teams to drive innovation and enhance efficiency in delivering the Pricing platform.

The Key remits to the role will include:

  • Lead pricing activities, overseeing the development of Firm-wide pricing strategy
  • Support a critical component of the firm’s strategy to deliver profitable revenue growth
  • Ensure a consistent, commercial, and professional approach to Pricing for work is embedded across the Firm
  • Provide first line support to stakeholders including all who influence pricing decisions
  • Act as the firm’s gatekeeper of margin and ensure visibility of dedicated Pricing resource on the ground to reinforce this message
  • Work alongside Finance Operations and Technology & Data teams to continually drive innovation and improve efficiency of delivery of the Pricing platform
