Global Head of Pricing

We are partnering with a global law firm, renowned for their excellent culture and environment. They are seeking a dynamic Head of Pricing to lead their global pricing activities, ensuring alignment with firm goals and continuous improvement of pricing standards and procedures.

As Head of Pricing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm\’s financial future. You will lead a team of 10 and will lead the growth of the team internationally, overseeing the development and implementation of firm-wide pricing strategies. Your role will involve working closely with various stakeholders, providing first-line support on all pricing-related issues. You will also collaborate with Finance Operations and Technology & Data teams to drive innovation and enhance efficiency in delivering the Pricing platform.

The Key remits to the role will include;

1. Lead pricing activities, overseeing the development of Firm-wide pricing strategy
2. Support a critical component of the firm’s strategy to deliver profitable revenue growth
3. Ensure a consistent, commercial, and professional approach to Pricing for work is embedded across the Firm
4. Provide first line support to stakeholders including all who influence pricing decisions
5. Act as the firm’s gatekeeper of margin and ensure visibility of dedicated Pricing resource on the ground to reinforce this message
6. Work alongside Finance Operations and Technology & Data teams to continually drive innovation and improve efficiency of delivery of the Pricing platform

7. Numerate and analytical with a commercial outlook
8. Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
