Their mobile-first DeFi wallet launched 12 months ago and already shows strong week 2 and month 2 retention, all through organic growth—no paid marketing. A fresh round of funding is closing soon, extending their multi-year runway. You’re joining at the ideal moment: early enough to make an impact, stable enough to focus on quality.

The role

This role is open to Frontend or Full-Stack Engineers. You’ll work on customer-facing mobile and web experiences in React, React Native, and TypeScript. The backend is shifting from Kotlin to Elm, with a focus on functional programming and long-term maintainability.

You\'ll join a collaborative, high-performance team that pairs regularly and keeps feedback flowing.

Build and improve key wallet features across mobile and web

Help shape architecture and engineering practices

Write scalable, well-tested code in TypeScript (and Elm if you\'re keen)

Pair program with engineers and contribute to a high-trust team dynamic

5+ years of frontend or full-stack development experience

Strong command of React and TypeScript

History of exceptional performance — academically, professionally, or through personal achievements

Curiosity about DeFi and web3 (you don’t need to be an expert)

Experience with Elm or other functional languages

Familiarity with Kotlin

Ability to build UIs from Figma designs

Remote-first with teammates across Europe, APAC, and Africa

Monthly offsites in global locations (recent: Tokyo; upcoming: Brazil or South Africa)

Salary around $100K USD + meaningful equity
