An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Finance Business Partners to join an industry leading, award-winning business based in Manchester, offering a competitive salary of £45,000 – £55,000 and the flexibility of hybrid working with only 1-2 days per week on-site. What you\’ll do:
As a Finance Business Partner, your role will be pivotal in providing best-in-class cost analysis, reporting and planning. You\’ll work closely with key stakeholders and directors to shape strategic decisions and drive EBITDA improvements. Your ability to deliver timely, accurate and insightful information will help guide the organisation\’s financial strategy. Collaborating with the Controllership team, you\’ll ensure a robust month/year-end process while supporting wider business performance opportunities.
- Support budgeting, planning, and monthly forecasting for Technology & Change costs.
- Produce high-quality month-end and forecast reporting with clear commentary.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and Directors across the organisation.
- Identify and investigate cost performance issues, preparing insightful ad hoc analysis.
- Partner with the Controllership team on month-end results, journals, accruals, capex and exceptional cost reviews.
- Work with Technology & Change management to identify EBITDA improvements.
- Provide outstanding customer service and relevant analysis to underpin decision-making.
- Build strong relationships across the business, driving accountability and identifying opportunities for added value.
