Our client is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with a strong work ethic and an agile mindset, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be the key finance representative supporting the Senior Operations team, providing focused financial support and guidance to maximise revenue and profit generation. Proven business partnering skills, strong Excel and the ability to present at a senior level are all vital here.
What you\'ll do:
As a Finance Business Partner, your role will be pivotal in driving the financial performance of the organisation. You will be responsible for performing contract performance reviews, utilising available financial and KPI reports. Your expertise will be crucial in preparing detailed financial models that inform strategic decisions. You will also develop forecasting models that feed into annual budgeting processes. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders will ensure that you are able to provide valuable insights and guidance on financial performance.
- Perform contract performance reviews with operational leads
- Prepare detailed financial and performance models
- Provide regular information sharing and guidance on financial performance
- Develop models for monthly, periodic and long-range performance and finance forecasting
- Contribute to the provision of accurate, timely and well-presented financial management information
- Communicate confidently with other key stakeholders and management teams
What you bring:
- Qualified accountant with management accounting and business partnering experience in a private sector environment
- Confident communicator with experience in building relationships & trust with Operational teams
- Ability to set up & maintain detailed forecast models using Microsoft excel or other tools where necessary
- Proven ability to convey financial information to non-financial managers in a coherent, confident manner
- Proven analytical and reporting skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
