What you'll do:

As a Finance Assistant, you will be instrumental in maintaining the financial health of the company. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include generating invoices, tracking payments, processing prepayments, assisting with accruals, performing account reconciliations, and preparing financial reports. You will also support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong numerical skills will ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

  • Generate and issue invoices to customers on an ad-hoc basis ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor and track outstanding invoices, ensuring prompt collection of payments.
  • Process and record prepayments accurately in the financial system.
  • Assist in the identification and recording of accruals at month-end.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of accounts receivable, bank, prepayment and accrual accounts.
  • Assist in preparing reports on accounts receivable status and aging.
  • Support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes.
