Our Outsourcing and Consultancy teams partner with clients on programmes that require credibility and follow-through, so events and partnerships play an important role in building trust and driving commercial outcomes. This role sits within the EMEA Outsourcing marketing team, with a focus on events and partnership activation.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of events across EMEA, including conferences, webinars, roundtables, and client sessions.
- Help build the wider campaign around each event, including promotion, delegate growth, communications, and follow-up.
- Support partnership and sponsorship activation, helping translate relationships into visible activity and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate suppliers, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders in a way that keeps programmes running smoothly.
- Capture results and learnings, then feed them into what we do next.
Qualifications
- Around 3+ yearsβ experience in events-led marketing, ideally with some partnership or sponsorship exposure.
- An interest in the full lifecycle, not only delivery, but also audience growth, messaging, and post-event impact.
- Strong organisation and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts.
- A confident, relationship-led approach with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
- Curiosity and creativity to try new formats and improve how we do things.
