A leading professional services organisation is seeking a Senior Business Development and Marketing Manager to join on a 6 month fixed term contract, starting as soon as possible. The role will provide additional senior support during the recruitment of a Director level role and cover following a team resignation. The role requires a senior BD and marketing professional with the credibility and capability to operate across both strategic and operational priorities, working closely with directors to deliver best in class outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Reports to the CBDMO, providing senior level support across the Business Development and Marketing function.
- Deliver a strong track record of success across an operational and strategic remit covering BD and marketing.
- Put Business Development and Marketing (BD&M) infrastructure in place to meet our client Global requirements and growth plans.
- Maintain a strong focus on delivering best in class BD&M plans and processes across the business.
- Work closely with our client Global directors to shape and deliver BD&M plans that support commercial objectives.
- Provide clear, confident and effective communication across senior stakeholders, building strong working relationships at director level.
Skills and Experience
- Background in the corporate services and fiduciary sector.
- Demonstrable experience delivering BD and marketing activity within a professional services environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with our client Global directors to deliver BD&M plans.
- Experience operating in complex, multi jurisdictional or global organisations.
- London or Jersey location, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid working model.
