Employee Relations Specialist - 6 months contract
Are you an experienced Employee Relations professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic, global organisation? We’re seeking a proactive and commercially minded ER Consultant to join a high-performing team supporting UK and Ireland operations. This is a 6 months interim position with a day rate of £350 - £440.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead occupational health case management and collaborate with external providers.
- Advise on investigations and hearings related to performance, conduct, grievance, and absence.
- Manage a diverse caseload of ER issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure compliance with UK and Irish employment legislation.
- Support restructuring projects and individual consultations.
