A large, well-known property firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and CFO at their London head office. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-level support within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The role will involve complex diary management, coordinating meetings, preparing board and executive materials, managing travel arrangements, and acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders. You will also support wider Executive Committee activity where required and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the executives' schedules.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide high-level support to the CEO and CFO, including complex diary management, meeting coordination and inbox support.
  • Organise Executive Committee and Board meetings, including preparing agendas, compiling board packs and tracking actions.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, site visits and high-profile tours for executives, investors and board members.
  • Assist with Half Year and Year End processes, including preparing presentations, proofreading documents and coordinating information from internal teams.
  • Support investor relations activity alongside Strategy and Corporate Communications teams.
  • Liaise with Legal and Company Secretariat teams to ensure compliance with corporate governance timelines.
  • Screen calls, emails and visitors while acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and documents while maintaining organised digital filing systems.
  • Assist with the coordination of internal events, office socials and corporate communications activities.
  • Provide cover across the EA/PA team during annual leave to ensure continuous executive support.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally CEO and/or CFO level.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, corporate environments.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Experience coordinating projects, presentations or events is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or similar document management systems is beneficial.
