We’ve partnered with a leading Investment Bank seeking a Digital Experience (DX) Change Consultant for their London team on a permanent basis. This newly created role is crucial to a high-profile, greenfield transformation programme, allowing you to shape their digital transformation strategy with cutting-edge technologies. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive impactful change and work at the forefront of innovation, making a tangible difference in the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the establishment of the Operations DX & Transformation Kaizen framework.
- Identify improvement opportunities across EMEA Operations.
- Propose process enhancements using tools like BPR, automation, AI, and more.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, tracking key performance indicators and milestones.
- Ensure smooth handover to business as usual (BAU) with clear documentation.
Skillset and Requirements:
- Must have experience working at a Big 4 consulting firm.
- Proven track record in end-to-end digital transformation initiatives within the banking sector.
