We’ve partnered with a leading Investment Bank seeking a Digital Experience (DX) Change Consultant for their London team on a permanent basis. This newly created role is crucial to a high-profile, greenfield transformation programme, allowing you to shape their digital transformation strategy with cutting-edge technologies. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive impactful change and work at the forefront of innovation, making a tangible difference in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the establishment of the Operations DX & Transformation Kaizen framework.
  • Identify improvement opportunities across EMEA Operations.
  • Propose process enhancements using tools like BPR, automation, AI, and more.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, tracking key performance indicators and milestones.
  • Ensure smooth handover to business as usual (BAU) with clear documentation.

Skillset and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing transformation initiatives from start to finish, with a strong background in investment banking; consulting experience is a must.
  • Strong business analysis skills and experience with transformation tools, including business process re-engineering and automation.
  • In-depth understanding of Change Management and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences, along with effective stakeholder management and planning abilities.
  • Knowledge of corporate and investment banking operating models.
