A globally recognised creative and productivity software business is hiring a Digital Trading Manager to drive Net New ARR across a flagship digital product portfolio in EMEA. This is a standout opportunity within a world-class technology organisation.
Location: London (Hybrid working)
Contract Type: Full-time, 12-month contract
Pay: £41 per hour (c. £75K per annum, inside IR35)
Overview
This role sits at the centre of the company’s digital growth engine, owning how customers are acquired, converted and retained across multiple online surfaces. It’s highly visible, insight-led and genuinely transformational.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll lead the digital trading strategy across EMEA, owning performance against Net New ARR targets and identifying opportunities to accelerate growth.
- Partnering closely with Marketing, Digital, Product, Finance and Operations teams, you’ll shape and execute initiatives that improve customer journeys, conversion and retention at scale.
- You’ll develop robust business cases, turning complex data into clear, commercial recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- You’ll obsess over customer experience — from acquisition through upgrades and lifecycle retention — holding cross-functional teams accountable to shared commercial goals.
- You’ll also monitor competitor activity, optimise demand efficiency through segmentation, and feed insights back into regional and global roadmaps.
Candidate Criteria:
This role suits an experienced digital trading or e-commerce professional with strong international exposure and a proven track record of owning a commercial number. You’ll be highly analytical, confident influencing within a matrix organisation, and comfortable translating complex datasets into compelling narratives. Deep knowledge of digital acquisition, demand generation, segmentation and lifecycle marketing is essential, alongside the EQ to bring teams together. Experience in consumer-facing digital sales environments is key. Familiarity with subscription-based or SaaS products is highly attractive.
