What you will do:
- Lead delivery of a new website and ongoing optimisation, working with external partners.
- Manage day-to-day website updates, content, and performance improvements.
- Support digital campaigns across email, Instagram, Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
- Track and report marketing performance, turning KPIs into clear actions.
- Coordinate digital content creation, including video support and basic videography workflows.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure digital activity reflects brand standards.
- Support digital readiness for a shift towards a more transactional model over the coming period.
What you will bring:
- Around 4 to 6 years’ experience in digital marketing, website management, or digital project delivery.
- Proven involvement in a website build, relaunch, or replatform project.
- Strong understanding of premium or luxury brand standards and storytelling.
- Confidence using data and reporting to improve outcomes.
