The Data Lead will build and lead the organisation's data engineering capability, ensuring a scalable, cost-effective platform that supports the company’s ambition to be data-led. Initially, the role will focus on transforming the existing data warehouse into a GCP based analytics platform, integrating system and client APIs, and preparing for AI/ML adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to optimise data usage.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise data infrastructure for performance and cost.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and proper documentation.
