Our client is seeking a D365 Automation QA Engineer to join their dynamic and knowledgeable team. The successful candidate will be part of a fun and social team that values collaboration and knowledge sharing. What you'll do:
- Play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our client's systems.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Development, and Infrastructure Teams to provide an unbiased assessment of system quality.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Conduct various types of testing including functional, usability, navigation, security, regression, integration, performance testing for CE, F&O, Customer Insights modules as well as data migration testing.
- Support the user adoption process by participating in discovery/requirements gathering sessions.
- Provide Functional, Usability, Navigation, and Security Testing.
- Support performance testing and API testing for Power Platform and D365 integrations.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for test execution in Azure DevOps.
- Conduct Data Migration Testing between Dynamics on-prem and Microsoft Dynamics 365 in Microsoft Cloud and Power Platform.
- Design and Conduct User Acceptance Testing with relevant stakeholders.
- Support the Learning and Development unit in producing user guides.
What you bring:
- Strong Agile experience managing testing using Azure DevOps.
- Experience with testing D365 CE – Sales and Customer Service.
- Working alongside development, project management and business teams.
- Experience with testing D365 CE data migration and integrations.
- Testing PowerBI Reports and Dashboards in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
- Ability to work under pressure, to targets and deadlines.
