Robert Walters is partnering with a FTSE 100 Global Consultancy to expand its cyber security offering. The role will support a UK cyber team and focus on protecting Azure & M365 estates.
This is a permanent, senior‑management role based in Birmingham but fully remote. The position offers a salary range up to £90,000 plus benefits and a home‑based working model.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage security measures to protect Azure, M365, cloud infrastructure and data.
- Deep knowledge of Azure & M365 security services.
- Ensure the security of cloud infrastructure.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities.
- Design, develop and maintain security architecture.
- Mentor the engineering function and provide technical leadership.
- Proven experience with Azure & M365 security tools and technologies.
- Deep knowledge of security frameworks and standards (NIST, CIS, ISO27001).
- Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Azure Logic Apps).
Required Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Cyber Security Architect Expert certification
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate
- CISSP / CCSP
