As a call centre advisor, you will be on hand to answer any questions whether that be via phone or e-mail. This will be working closely on the Housing team and speaking to vulnerable people with compassion.

We are offering full time, temporary contracts of 36.75 hours per week. We expect you to be fully flexible between our opening and closing times of 9am-5pm. Overtime may be required depending on volumes.
You will be paid weekly, one week in arrears for the hours you work. The contract is due to start ASAP. This is an onsite role only.
