About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our Housing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering queries by phone and email with professionalism and compassion — particularly when supporting vulnerable individuals.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, handling inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Provide accurate information and support to residents and service users, with a focus on helping vulnerable individuals.
- Collaborate with the Housing team to address customer needs and escalate issues as required.
