We're supporting a FTSE-listed commercial property business that owns and manages a large portfolio of business locations across London and the South East, supporting thousands of SME customers. The organisation has invested significantly in its digital customer experience, recently launching a member portal designed to act as a central access point for services, benefits and community engagement. The CRM & Engagement Manager will play a key role in developing this platform and using data-led CRM activity to strengthen customer engagement, retention and commercial performance.

Reporting into the Marketing team, the role is responsible for designing and optimising end-to-end CRM journeys that support occupancy targets and revenue growth. This includes expanding the digital ecosystem for both existing and prospective customers, as well as working with partners to increase platform adoption and usage.

The position is highly analytical, requiring a strong test-and-learn mindset. You’ll use insight, experimentation and performance data to identify opportunities to improve engagement across both digital and physical touchpoints. Microsoft Customer Insights sits at the core of the CRM stack.
