What you\’ll do:
As a Corporate Finance Accountant, your role will be integral to the smooth running of our client\’s finance operations. You\’ll be responsible for conducting detailed variance analyses, managing AUM reporting, preparing cash flow analyses, and maintaining forecast models. Additionally, you\’ll oversee service providers and manage monthly payroll processes.
- Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers and areas for improvement.
- Review management accounts for corporate UK and European entities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Manage monthly AUM reporting and provide investor analysis.
- Prepare monthly cash flow analysis of management entities.
- Maintain and develop forecast models.
- Prepare and review annual statutory financial statements for UK and European entities.
- Supervise service providers such as external bookkeepers, accountants, tax advisors, and auditors.
- Manage and process monthly payroll.
- Produce technical accounting memos and provide analysis.
