Our client is seeking a Compliance Monitoring Specialist to join their dynamic Risk & Compliance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance the strong R&C culture within the organisation, providing proactive advisory services that support the UK R&C Team, Money Laundering Compliance Officer and Compliance & Nominated Officers.
What you'll do:
- Assist with the development and execution of risk and compliance strategies
- Supervise a team of compliance professionals
- Conduct high-level risk assessments and oversee comprehensive mitigation plans
- Ensure organisational compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Develop effective relationships with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders
- Report on risk and compliance activities to senior management and board of directors
- Oversee investigation and resolution of major compliance breaches and incidents
- Develop robust training programmes enhancing organisational compliance culture
