Leading US financial institution are looking for a Lawyer with financial services commercial contracts experience. This is a 3 month contract (with likelihood of extension) based at their Central London offices. You will be required in the office four days per week. You must be immediately available.
Working within the Investment Services division serving the UK, Ireland and Middle East markets, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of outsourcing and commercial services agreements. You must be comfortable handling a fast-paced workload with constantly evolving requirements from internal stakeholders.
The role requires a qualified lawyer with at least 8 years’ PQE (no upper limit) who can hit the ground running and is confident giving opinions and advice to senior stakeholders across the business. Whilst the preference is to appoint an individual who has worked in financial services previously, applications from lawyers who have spent time in large businesses in other sectors will also be welcomed.
