This position is a highly commercial finance role within a Real Estate/Development Management team, based in Central London, across a portfolio of developments.
The position offers business partnering from a finance perspective with both Corporate Finance and Commercial/Development Managers, as well as ownership of a portfolio of developments. The role includes significant involvement in the management accounts month end, monthly debt funding, and quarterly internal and external reporting. It also includes management reporting, development specific budgeting & forecasting, and other adhoc tasks for their own portfolio of properties.
The role involves significant exposure to the key teams across the Development Management business as well as the Corporate and Group Finance teams.
Qualifications:- Previous experience of a budgeting process
- Real Estate/property industry experience required
- Previous business partnering experience
Salary: £85-90k + discretionary bonus, market leading pension and other leading benefits.
