Our client is a rapidly growing AI-driven legal technology company transforming how law firms and in-house teams work. They are looking for someone hands-on to build their channel partnerships and make the function their own. We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated Channel Partnerships Manager to help take our client’s UK channel programme and turn it into a thriving ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in day-to-day channel sales. You’ll work closely with the wider team and other internal teams to identify, recruit, and grow relationships with resellers, system integrators, and other strategic partners.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the UK channel partner programme from scratch.
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners aligned with the client’s growth strategy.
  • Work closely with partners to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Provide training, enablement, and ongoing support to partners.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure partner success.
  • Track and report on partner performance and programme metrics.

  • Hands-on experience in channel sales or partnerships, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
