A leading UK Pensions Manager is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with proven expertise in Workday Financials to support a high profile, multi-year Workday programme.
Responsibilities
- Support the rollout and training of Workday Financials
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Change & Transformation teams, external consultancies, and other stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes
- Develop process maps, SOPs, and training materials while supporting training delivery
- Provide comprehensive analysis on business activities and processes to support project outcomes in line with established frameworks
- Define and document detailed business requirements with accuracy and timeliness
- Translate complex business needs into actionable solutions for technical teams
- Engage proactively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and successful delivery
- Contribute to workshops that foster collaboration and pragmatic solutions among diverse stakeholder groups
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within ideally a Pensions business with at least two 6–12-month assignments implementing Workday Financials
- A strong understanding of finance processes and their application within Workday
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale change or transformation projects, ideally within financial services or pensions environments
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Outstanding communication skills for producing clear documentation tailored for both technical teams and end users
- A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships across stakeholder groups
