Robert Walters is partnering with a global fintech business that provides a financial-planning platform powered by data and automated advice tools. Its software supports advisors and businesses to deliver bespoke planning, scenario modelling and guidance to a global client base. They are appointing a Product Support Specialist to be based in the UK. This is a home-based role. Salary range: Β£40,000 to Β£45,000 plus benefits.
Responsibilities
- Main point of contact for end-users of group applications
- Provide in-depth functional support on how to model financial planning concepts
- Promote user adoption of applications in line with group strategy
- Drive development and updates of training programs and support materials
- Deliver online user training sessions
- Review user feedback and work with product and development teams for enhancements
Qualifications / Experience
- Experience of working in financial services
- Cashflow modelling technology β Voyant, Cashcalc, Xtoold+, IO Planning
- Knowledge of UK financial planning concepts
