Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a globally operating media company based in London. The role is ideal for a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and acts as a trusted partner and gatekeeper to the CEO. What you’ll do:
- Provide high-level EA support to the CEO in a fast-paced environment
- Manage complex diary scheduling and coordinate senior-level meetings
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, prioritising communications and requests
- Anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and optimise the CEO’s time
- Handle confidential correspondence with discretion and professionalism
- Oversee office management to ensure a smooth, well-presented workplace
- Support personal projects and ad-hoc requests with flexibility
- Manage assets and administrative matters on behalf of the CEO
- Provide out-of-hours support when required
- Contribute positively to team culture and cross-team collaboration
